Biography
Attorney Peter J. Caruso, Sr. serves as the firm's Managing Partner.  He is well known and respected in the New England legal community and has counselled over 3,000 family and business clients in real estate, estate planning, asset protection, corporation issues, land development, personal injury settlements, family and business disputes.

Attorney Caruso specializes in Media Law and First Amendment Law and is nationally recognized for his expertise in representing the interests of the media.  Atty. Caruso has represented media organizations throughout New England including, NENA, NEPA, NCAMA, is involved with newspaper access issues, advertising acceptance practices and news reporting.

Representative Matters Concluded as Lead Counsel
     -  Won release of government records in the Willie Horton Case 
     -  Won access to the proceedings and release of records in the Pamela Smart  
         murder case case in Exeter, New Hampshire
    
-  Represented the Eagle-tribune and Russ Conway in gaining access to NHL 
          records involving NHLPA head Alan Eagleson case resulting in Pulitzer Prize
          nomination
     -   Counsel to the Eagle-Tribune for Pulitzer Prize Winning series
     -   Won access to federal bankruptcy records for media client through successful
          U.S. Court of Appeals defense
     -   Represented local construction company in sale of multi-million dollar operation
         and real estate
